Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return an item to us. We do not charge a restocking fee on items returned to us in new condition within 30 days.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items should be returned to us at:

    Please make sure to include a copy of the original packing slip, or a note containing your order number, name and contact information.  Please indicate on the packing slip or note that you are returning the items for a refund.

    If you have any questions about return policies or the condition of your item, you can always contact us before returning the item at sales@dogsportgear.com.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we are unable to offer warranty or replacement for item that have been chewed or otherwise damaged by dog teeth.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Exchanges
    To exchange one or more products, please indicate on the returned packing slip or in a note included in the package which items you wish to exchange and what you want to exchange them for.  Please note you will be responsible for shipping the products to us and an additional outgoing shipping fee will need to be collected before we are able to ship out the new products. We will contact you to collect the outgoing shipping fee.

    Refunds
    When we receive your returned items in our facility, we will inspect them for any signs of damage.  If an item is unsellable or otherwise in a condition we cannot accept for a return, we will contact you to make further arrangements.  Otherwise, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
